Tap and let go!

“Tap and let go” are words I’ve used more than I can tell since I found out about tapping and started to use it. It is one of my favourites and the most simple technique to release stress and anxiety immediately. It is easy to remember and easy to do. We teach it to children as well and they love it. Young children don’t think about it too’ much, they like to learn and to use it. They don’t care if it looks ‘weird’. If it works, they just do it. You should do the same. Don’t overthink it. Start doing it.

You can pre order it now from Kindle, Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, kobo and many more international bookshops.

Kim Jewell writes in the forword

Jeannette is one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever met. You never have to guess what she’s thinking. What you see is what you get and that is a rarity in a world full of doublespeak and self-interest. I met her when we were both volunteering at an addiction treatment centre in Hawaii.

I have personally experienced her work. I have seen clients who have suffered from a lifetime of trauma and addiction walk away from a session with a lightness they have never experienced before. She has changed countless lives for the better with her light and direct approach.

Who is this book for?

This book is not for those who want to get the solution from the outside. It’s for everybody who’s already tried that and couldn’t find it there.

Stop thinking that things have to be difficult!

The unique and perfect answer to all your questions is within you. And if you want to find it, you will find it. It’s not even that difficult and if you love yourself a little bit or want to learn that, it’s a lot of fun.

A burden is literally and figuratively lifted from you. Instead of letting it simmer beneath the surface for an eternity, learn to let it go. You’re going to pull all the rubbish out, with roots and all. And if you do that, very soon you will discover what you really want to do with your life. Only you can make it happen. Faster than you thought.

Tap and let go. I read your book in one sitting. That says something, I think. The storyline is very pleasant, with information about tapping, hypnosis and in between your personal story and the experiences of others. A nice way to read. I have to say that certain parts really touched me.
