How to prepare for the first session?
You can prepare by making a list of the points you want to change. You can email that list to me in advance. In other words:
- What do you want to get rid of?
- What do you want, more, better in your life?
- You don’t need to know HOW. Above all, describe WHAT you want as an outcome.
When you are willing to open up, regardless of fear or resistance, there will be significant change in every session. During the first session, you start with letting go, I also teach you how to tap yourself and give you some tips for after the session. In the following sessions, we go into the details of your whole list and all items are thoroughly cleared.
What are the benefits of online sessions?
- You do the sessions in the place where you feel comfortable. Make sure you have headphones or earphones, so we don’t have any background noise.
- You choose the time that suits you (children at school, alone at home).
- You can record the session yourself if we work in Skype and then you can listen to it again.

During the first meeting, I spend as little time as possible explaining the method I use. I tell you exactly what is needed at that moment. You can get all other information from my book or videos. This is how I have made quick and deep work of it in a short time. The sessions are deeply relaxing and I teach you the basic techniques to help yourself. I give you the ‘tools’ to move forward independently. Provided you DO it of course. Then you start experiencing changes.
